[Despite the older man's assurance that nothing was wrong, that was not the impression Jet was getting the more time passed. There was a small note of panic in his voice born from a fear that he'd been wrong, that he'd gone too far or done something had hurt Albert somehow.

His hold tightened and one of his hands came up to the back of Albert's head.]

Come on, tell me what's wrong.

I'm sorry...If I messed up.

[He'd been trying to help, not make things worse.]

No, no you didn't, I-

[He swallows and takes a shuddering breath.]

I've never asked for acceptance of this.

[He lowers his gun hand, holding it between them and looking down at it with a sense that he's seeing something in a different light.]

I've never accepted it myself, never wanted it. I've used it because it's there, because I can protect people by being the weapon, eliminating threats, but it's never been something I could reconcile as being a part of me.

But you don't see it like that, do you.

[He looks in Jet's eyes, searching and apparently finding what he expected. It draws a small smile to his lips.]

To you, this has always been a part of me, just one that I've kept from you all these years.

[He pauses, looking back down at his hand and running the fingers from its opposite over his palm before finding Jet's hand and threading his finger barrels gingerly between those long white digits, another tear unheeded on his cheek at the sheer gravity of what this all means.]

Thank you.

[That seed of panic melts away with the explanation and Jet's fingers curl tightly with Albert's as though he never intends to let go.

None of what Albert had said had been a real question and none of it was wrong, so he kept silent, letting a soft and slow kiss be his answer as his free hand moved to brush that tear away from the German's cheek.]

...I'm glad it worked.

[He'd just been hoping for a little more relaxation, to show Albert he didn't need to be that careful when Jet just wanted all of him, but having his full meaning understood and accepted was hardly something he was going to argue against.

Gently, their hands still intertwined, Jet pulled Albert down with him so they were curled into each other across the bedspread.]

[He gets comfortable, curling into Jet and raising their clasped hands between them so he can kiss Jet's knuckles. He hopes he hasn't scared Jet off of his intention through his reaction. Though he can't feel it, the kisses on his metal palm and hollow fingers mean a great deal to him and if Jet were to resume, Albert's certain he'd watch in a new light. Hopefully with less tears.]

[Albert hasn't scared him off, not hardly, but he does wait till he feels he should continue and those kisses are cue enough.

He smiles softly, waiting for Albert's lips to leave his skin before he pulled the metal hand back towards him, placing light kisses along every square inch he could find. His other hand didn't stay still either, it started tracing small patterns along Albert's stomach.]

[Light skating fingers set the synthetic muscle under Jet's hand in a shiver, Albert's breath hitching at the contact. Everything feels heightened and precious, each touch something new despite them having been intimate so very many times. He watches Jet's lips on the metal surface of his hand, uncaring of the metallic taste or unnatural cover, just exploring what he'd never been allowed before.

It's fascinating to watch and leaves Albert forgetting to breathe.]

[Jet's lips pressing to the surface led to him taking the first two fingers into his mouth again, lavishing attention on them with his tongue, when an idea occurred to him that made him pull his mouth away. With the help of his other hand, he pulled on the German to get him over Jet, the blond's hand still held tight to the gunhand which he places on his chest once Albert has some semblance of balance back.]

I want you to touch me, but only with this hand, got it?

[Jet breaks the thrall he has Albert under by pulling him down and speaking, Albert's breath hitching as he remembers to draw it.]

Only with this? But it's-

[The protest dies with the look on Jet's face and Albert just nods instead, swallowing and shifting his weight to steady himself. Carefully, so gently it can barely be called a touch, Albert runs those hollow fingers along his partner's chest, tracing familiar panels without being able to feel the creases or the warmth that Jet always seems to exude. It's disconcerting and his eyebrows furrow as he looks again to Jet's face.]

Yes.

[The smile he directs at Albert is soft as that hand runs across his skin, causing a small tremor to run through him.

One arm braces him as the other reaches to wrap behind Albert's neck, pulling him down as the blond leaned up to push their lips together. It was a heated kiss full of the passion and desire he had for his partner, but he didn't let it linger.

As he pulled away, his arm slid down between them to start unfastening the older man's pants, though he didn't aim to remove them yet, merely moved on to doing the same with his jeans instead.]

Don't stop.

[His hand stops, fingers splayed against Jet's stomach as he's pulled into that kiss. It's all too brief but bolstering too, easing some of his fears and feeding into his bewilderment that Jet is actually enjoying this.

Far be it from him to argue.

A light gasp passes his lips as Jet's fingers find their way to unfastening his belt and pants. Albert shifts just a little, but at Jet's direction to keep going he's forced to pull his attention to his hand's path again. He's still cautious, still worried something may go wrong, but he continues to skate his fingers along the creases and panels of Jet's torso, tracing meaningless patterns and marveling at how it causes Jet to twitch.]

[It makes him twitch and shiver and causes his breath to hitch quietly. All he's ever wanted was for Albert to be comfortable with him and to maybe at least get an idea of how Jet saw him. Someone he loved completely and unconditionally.

But even with what they'd achieved in the last few minutes, he could see Albert's hesitation and discomfort. He wanted to chase as much of that away as possible. He'd have to show his partner it was actually okay.]

Albert...relax.

[In one quick motion he slid his pants off narrow hips to a little past mid-thigh, the limitation if his reach, but enough to leave him exposed. Still, he didn't go for the older man's clothes, he reached up instead, skating long fingers from broad shoulders down to trace Albert's arms.

When he spoke, his voice was still soft, relaxed, coaxing.]

I'm not gonna break because you touched me, you don't need to worry.

Let go a little.

Relax...

[He swallows, rolling the word around on his tongue as if it's foreign. A grin slowly spreads after it, hand dipping low enough to skirt Jet's waist, though nothing lower just yet without being directed. He sits back a bit on his knees to do it, his own pants hanging open thanks to Jet and hinting at the white skin underneath, looking as if they'll simply fall off at any given moment.]

How can I relax with you like this, hm?

[The comment's not just designed to make Jet blush; Jet laying there with bedroom eyes and so exposed is more than enough to keep Albert from relaxing. Frankly, now that he has the mental image, it may keep him up some nights.]

[The comment does exactly what it's supposed to do and colors Jet's usually pale face a bright red as he's suddenly overly aware of how exposed he is.

Still, he doesn't do anything to fix it, just kicks his pants the rest of the way off the best he can. There's a half-glare spared for Albert, then he's leaning forward to kiss the metal that made up the rest of the German's right arm before leaning back again.]

I thought I told you not to stop, hmm? Or are you just going to stare at me all night?

It's difficult not to stare when the view is so pleasant.

[The kiss pulls a shiver and with his grin in place Albert obliges, allowing Jet to order him around for once. He traces his fingers lightly below Jet's waist, skating down his left thigh.]

[The soft touches of the metal on his thigh steal his breath for a moment as he lays back all the way, hands searching for some part of Albert to touch.]

Don't you sweet-talk me, Heinrich.

[Cause it worked a little too well on Jet and the blond knew it.]

I thought you enjoyed it, Sparrow.

[It's easier to continue with his attention divided, but also easier to distract Jet from what he knows the blond wants him to do. Using his gun hand to touch Jet so intimately is uncomfortable enough, to use it in actual play makes Albert's stomach clench and anxiety flare in his chest. He knows it isn't loaded, he knows, he emptied all of the ammunition himself, but it doesn't change the fact that his hand is a weapon, only ever manufactured for destruction and death and to grab hold of Jet with that is unthinkable.

Or it would be, if Jet's reactions to every place he traces those fingers isn't perfect breathless gasps and twitches...

He leans over Jet again, letting the blond's hands reach and travel where they will on him.]

[His fingers brushed lightly against Albert's cheek first before slowly, oh so slowly, beginning to trace down the German's skin.]

What gave you that idea...?

[He was obviously distracted as he ran his fingers down Albert's shoulders, arms, over to his chest and down his stomach and hips, adoring touches applied to every artifcial and organic inch.

His hips shifted, his body wanting more of that touch and attention it was only receiving in hesitant bursts.]

[Shivers of his own ripple along Albert's skin where Jet touches, real and synthetic flesh alike. For his own motions though, he still just skirts where he knows Jet is most hot for his touch, brushing and sometimes kneading at hips and thighs, inadvertently teasing through his hesitation.]

You turn an attractive shade of pink, for one.

[His breath hiss through his teeth as Albert practically torments him with what Jet's pretty sure isn't supposed to be teasing, but still felt like it.

Direct contact or not, it was certainly getting him worked up.]

So you're making fun of me...is what you're saying.

[His own hands continue to skate along every plane of Albert's body, though with a bit more pressure and lingering attention to the places he knows his partner's sensitive and to the places where Albert tenses up the most, almost like a massage.]

...you're a teasing jerk, you know that?

[Albert nods agreeably.]

Why you put up with me I will never know.

[His voice comes husky, almost a groan as Jet's strong fingers work at his muscles, the tension in them stubborn but slowly giving way. Albert lowers himself next to Jet, planting a kiss on his neck and situating so more of him can be reached. His own fingers keep circling but avoiding. Jet may have to ask specifically because as things stand now, he's not going to go for it on his own. Not with that hand, anyway.]

Me neither.

[He was going to ask, this keep away game was frustrating, but not until he'd worked at the tension points that he knew bothered his partner the most and then moved on to some of the others as well, still running his hands over the rest of his skin now that Jet could reach it better.

It's after he's done that he reaches up to the sides of Albert's face and pulls him in for a kiss.]

Will you just touch me already?

[His face flushed with how candid his demand was, but he didn't stop there, he might as well put it out there completely.]

I want you, you know, but you're gonna have to get a little more intimate if we're gonna get that far.

[His amusement bleeds away, smile wavering into a worried frown.]

But I...

[Those touches taper off and Albert stares at his hand for a moment, every act of violence flashing through his memory, every time he'd raised it to harm, to kill, even in the defense of the innocent, the world.

In defense of his family.

Does that justify it?

This hand is drenched in blood and by extension so is he and how could he touch Jet with that? He knows Jet has taken lives too, often in the same situations as he has, but it still seems so wrong to try and offer softness or kindness or intimacy.

When he speaks again his voice is quiet and small.]

I'm sorry...

You worry too much.

[Jet reached up, pulling Albert in for a kiss while his other hand grabbed his partner's right and put it on himself for Albert. No movements yet, just there, touching him, Jet not dying or anything because of it.

Since it was just a metal hand it was cold and the texture felt odd, but not wholly unpleasant, not like it was some horrible thing touching him and it even pulled a small sound from him involuntarily; his body was just that hungry for the contact that receiving it at all sent shivers through him.

His kiss gets an edge of that hunger before he pulls away, hand still firmly in place over Albert's, if he jerked away now it'd more than likely hurt the blond and he was pretty sure that knowledge alone would keep his German in place.]

....see? World's not ending.

[He freezes, even in the kiss he freezes, wide eyed with his heart in his throat, a small squeak coming from somewhere alongside the displaced organ. It would be comical if he weren't so terrified.

The shivers that rock Jet draw his attention; he knows the other cyborg wants this, wants him, not just to accept himself but to accept that Jet does too, but there's another layer to his fears. He can't feel things correctly with that hand and so it's so easy for him to make a mistake, to hurt Jet when it's the furthest thing from what he'd want to ever do.]

No, but-

[Try again.]

Jet, I--

[He pants, tense as a bowstring.]

What do I...?

[No, the world's not ending, but he also seems to have utterly lost all direction. Luckily, Albert seems more open to suggestion. Or commands.]

[He takes some pity on his partner and keeps both of their hands still a moment while he ignored the question and focused on just kissing the older man. Softly or more passionately, he just wanted a little more responsiveness and less like he was sharing the bed with a statue.]

You relax first off...

[But he understood Albert's apprehension so he wasn't going to wait for that.

His hand over Albert's right, he curled metal fingers around himself slowly, only letting go once it was at the right pressure. He leaned in for another kiss]

It'll be ok. Just go like normal.
